Here at Lady JJ's, our priority is you and to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. We will make every effort to ship your item(s) as soon as possible. All items will be processed once all funds have been transferred (please allow 2-3 business days). Delays may occur for products on back order. Orders placed during non-business hours or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 3:30, (CST) during normal business hours will be procesed the  next business day. Once orders have been processed please allow 10-14 business days.

Orders that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

LadyJJ's Boutique do not ship to California, Hawaii, US ArmeCd Forces - Europe, 

US Armed Forces - Pacific as well as International. We apologize for the inconvenience.
