Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date (based on the delivery confirmation). Your are responsible for the return shipping fee. If items are damaged during shipment, you can either receive a refund or exchange for another item of same value. 

We do not accept used or worn products for return or exchange. All items must be returned in the same condition as when received, with all the  original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Return instructions

1. Before returning your item, please send an email to info@ladyjjsboutique.com with your name, order  number, item number and reason for the return.

2. We will in turn send an authorization return email.

3. Please include our email in the package along with the item you are returning.

4. Once we receive said item(s) we will initiate the refund or exchange. Depending on your payment method, it may take 2-5 business days for your refund to appear.
